The mRNA display technology is licensed from Phylos Inc., the original owner, for the application to peptides. The non-exclusive license is worldwide, fully paid up and can be applied to a wide range of applications.

Beside such license which provide freedom-to-operate the company has proprietary rights to all peptides developed.
