Dr. Wagner is the CEO of COSMIX molecular biologicals GmbH. He has over
14 years of research experience at academic institutions (Ciba-Geigy, Basel; University of Marburg; Max Planck Institute, Göttingen; Marie Curie Research Institute, Oxted, England; University of Saarland, Homburg) and played senior roles for more than 9 years in the Management at both small and large companies (Aventis R&T; Xzillion, Phylos, Inc., Phylos GmbH, COSMIX) including positions as Head of the Biological Chemistry Department at Aventis R&T, Vice President and Managing Director at Phylos, and has structured numerous business relationships and directed several teams.

Dr. Eberhard Schneider works as Scientific Director at COSMIX GmbH since 2003 and has 13 years experience in Molecular Biology research at academic and industrial institutions (University of Saarland, Saarbrücken and Homburg; Aventis R&T; Xzillion, Phylos GmbH) with an established track record in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology and Cell Biology.
Before joining COSMIX in 2003 Dr. Schneider held the position of a Senior Scientist in Phylos GmbH where he did fundamental work in the mRNA display technology unit.

Dr. Gregor Schürmann works as Scientific Director at COSMIX GmbH since 2000. He graduated as Chemist (Ph.D.) from the University of Münster, Gemany, with focus in biochemistry. Before joining COSMIX he was research associate at the department of Cell Biology at Duke University, USA. He has a research background in Protein engineering, Protein characterization and Cell biology.
Dr. Schürmann is experienced in chemical protein synthesis and heads the peptide synthesis unit of COSMIX.
