Chemical Protein Synthesis
In a first step the primary amino acid sequence of the target is analyzed and the most suitable building blocks are designed.
In a second step the designed peptides (building blocks) are chemically synthesized and purified.
In a third step the synthesized and purified peptides (building blocks) are chemically ligated.
In a fourth step the chemically ligated protein is folded into an active target.
